"I am staying at this hotel since mid February. It is a very nice hotel located next to a number of restaurants, shopping centers and at 5 minutes walk from Gilmore train station. Room is always clean and tidy. Bed and room furniture are in excellent condition. Hotel's staff is professional and welcoming. The receptionist, Anas, a very friendly person who gives high attention to guest's requests and needs. I recommend this hotel for everyone who is looking for a Quality hotel."
Great stay amazing service
"So I come to Burnaby often for work and we usually stay in the executive Inn the place is with in distance to everything you need on a long stay and the staff are great zorana from the front desk helped me on multiple occasions she allowed me to do my laundry in the hotel helped me with a few things around the hotel recommend some spots to site see around Vancouver amazing women 5 star service will definitely enjoy your stay thanks zorana"

"One of my favorite experiences in life, got to vancouver with a few friends and we decided to tay at the executive in burnaby, great location, first checked in with anas, great way to start the trip, very friendly and professional, checked us in in a great room, cant thank him enough for that. the bar was great during the evening with live music. Highly recommended for a friends trip, will definitely comeback."
"I stayed while the 2nd stage of covid -19 was well underway. They had limited rooms and all amenities had been shut down. They locked the doors at night and what looked as tho they screened anyone who had entered, and put up signs not to enter if feeling sick. Cleaners had masks on while they cleaned and there had been plexiglass placed in front it the reception with distancing markers on the floor for those waiting in line. I felt comfortable staying knowing that they were taking proper procedures to keep guests safe."
"Amazing rooms , lovely staff. We walked in to a man playing the piano. It was a great experience overall. We did only stay the one night but I recommend this place to stay. Super easy to navigate from and to."
"arrived late night around 9.30pm, restaurant was still open so we managed to have couple of drinks. staff at the restaurant and front desk are nice. room is kind of ok, could be little bigger but was just fine for 2 persons."
"nice stay, room is huge with a king size bed and pull out sofa bed that can fit 2 kids. hotel is located only 5 minutes away from the sky train. we rent a car, however even if you are not driving it still very convenient. front desk and restaurant staff are very nice."
